As our Partnerships Manager, you will be co-leading our work with prospective and active partners who we deliver workplace discrimination prevention training. Whilst you will support multiple partners receiving a range of training packages, your core focus will be on our EDI Champions partners where you will support the partner and their staff throughout their programme.
You will also deliver training to multiple Be What You See partners with a focus on Neurodiversity Inclusion and Active Bystander Education.

Deadline: 10:00 AM (UK time) on Monday 14th April 2025

Start Date: As soon as possible although we can be flexible depending on notice periods. Ideally, we would like you to join us by mid-July 2025.

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (part-time/flexible working will be considered)

Location: Hybrid: you will work between our Manchester office, your home (optional) and training venues.
